The new curriculum reform requires that mathematics teaching methods should be improved along with it. Creating problem situations as an effective teaching method, can promote teaching and bring up students'capacities of all aspects, by the general concern and recognition of educational theorists and classroom teachers.The title based on the results of previous, through literature, classroom observation, case analysis and interviews and other methods, which mainly from two aspects of theory and practice to research of creating problem situations in primary school mathematics teaching. Introduction mainly includes problems put forward, the research significance, the research idea and method. The first part of domestic and foreign creates problem situations overview in primary school mathematics teaching. The second part of the theoretical basis of creating problem situation in primary school mathematics teaching, including concept definition and theoretical support for creating problem situations two aspects. The third part of influence factors of creating problem situation in primary school mathematics teaching, combining the primary mathematics teacher's interview analyzes relevant factors. The fourth part of problems existing in creating problem situation in primary school mathematics teaching, and reasons of the analysis, mainly expounds the problems existing and its causes. The fifth part of countermeasures of creating problem situation in primary school mathematics teaching, on the analysis of the existing problems and the combined with related cases are put forward on the basis of creating problem situation countermeasures.The creation of problem situations in mathematics teaching is the need of basic education curriculum reform. Through the creation of vivid and interesting problem situations, help students will life issues "mathematical", and then apply to mathematical problems in real life. Research the problems found that existing in creating problem situation is worth first-line teachers pondering. Put forward countermeasures of solving problems for the first teachers create problem situation provides the certain reference value. In order to promote the primary school mathematics teaching activities effectively develops.
