UESTC (University of Electronic Science and Technology) is the first trial by the State Council one of the institutions.In the past 10 years, EMBA program in how to establish its brand and students'value, constructing project sustainable development ability to make a positive exploration. Gradually, It formed the extremely characteristic education system. This article mainly aims at teaching team running status. Basing on the problems existing in the project, this paper puts forward to use standard type organization the importance and urgency of process management, and probes into the present process management worth improvements.The Thesis wrote from the current management problem to the theoretical study and practice of the team.
