Process Optimization And Revolution Of National Unified Examination Project Of X Center

The national unified examination project is an important way for the student enrollment,degree evaluating/awarding and professional qualification in the higher education.It has great meaning for the evaluation and qualification of the high-level talents in China.Many efficient and effective project management theories and methods have been developed in the studies of experience,science and society from the project management practice during the past ten decades by researchers from different countries.Many companies in China have also began to pay attention to the project management problem since the end of last century.The current research on project management,however,mainly focus on the field of enterprise project and pays few attention on the project management and process optimization of the unified examination project,which has more public characters in nature.Nowadays,the internal and external environment are in a rapid changing phase due to the fast development of the economy and the education level in China.Thus,there is a increasing need for the large-scale examination and great competition exists among different examination projects.The current project process of the unified examination shows many weaknesses and shortages with the changing condition of the education policy and environment in China.There is a great need for the process optimization and revolution for the survival and development of the national unified examination project.This paper conducts research on the process optimization and revolution for the national unified examination project of the X Center based on the need for project management study under the new stage of the national examination.Firstly,the fundamental theory and research trend are summarized based on a literature review study on project management and process optimization.The research object is pointed out during this stage.Secondly,the characteristics and current state for the unified examination project of X Center are discussed based on a detailed survey study and analysis.The weak points and key problems on the current project process for the unified examination project of X Center are proposed based on the above study to clarify the research directions for the next stage.The main problems of the current project process focus on the design and arrangement of the process units,themanagement mode of the project staff,the informatization level of the management,the safety control of the examination and the long-term development of the project.Thirdly,the process optimization and revolution are conducted with respect to the problems pointed out based the project management and process optimization theory.The optimization and revolution focus on the design of the new project process,the adjustment of the human resource management strategy,the construction of the informatization system of the project,the measurements on the examination safety control and the policy and plan for the long-term development of the project...
