At present, the performance evaluation in business management has been widely used, its research and practice are also more mature and standardized. With the continuous progress and development, performance evaluation of concepts and methods have been gradually introducing universities, and the reform of its management as an important way. However, due to the different nature of the organization, management and operation of different purposes, making the enterprise performance evaluation models and methods can not directly migrate to universities, colleges and universities related to teacher performance appraisal practice and research has yet to be further standardized and improved. How to better colleges and universities to carry out performance appraisal work to promote the progress of teachers,Thus promoting the development of universities, researchers will become a public management issues of common concern. In this context, for college teachers to explore the performance evaluation methods and strategies to promote sustainable development of the management reform has important significance. Therefore, the establishment and improvement of work performance evaluation of university teachers, the university human resources development and management of priority.In view of this, the integrated use of literature in this study research method, comparative analysis, a comprehensive analysis, case analysis and other research methods to carry out research work. The article first details the performance evaluation of university teachers of related concepts, principles, methods and theoretical basis. Secondly, faculty performance evaluation for the ZF case, a comprehensive introduction to the college teacher performance evaluation of the status quo, and analyzed from many faculty performance evaluation stage ZF Problems,The reasons include:①no comprehensive teacher evaluation system;②positioning performance evaluation is not clear enough;③design of a lack of scientific evaluation indicators;④performance evaluation feedback mechanism is not perfect. Again, according to the above reasons in-depth analysis of the existence of the problem, the reasons for this include:①lack of scientific theory as a reasonable Guidance;②performance evaluation objectives are not clear enough;③post analysis is not complete;④teachers to participate in the performance evaluation process is not enough. Finally, the actual situation with ZF Institute, the researchers made a series of improved faculty performance evaluation ZF response:①Institute of ZF-depth understanding of the basic ideas of performance evaluation;②clear performance evaluation goals;③establish a scientific evaluation of performance indicators;④using scientific approach to performance appraisal;⑤to establish an effective evaluation of the results of feedback mechanisms;⑥guarantee the effective implementation of performance evaluation of six, in the past to improve and enhance the status of ZF faculty performance evaluation.
