With the high quality development of vocational education in our country,higher demands have been put forward for the construction of teachers and performance evaluation of vocational colleges and universities,forcing them to reform and innovate.In this context,the bottleneck of teacher construction and performance evaluation in vocational colleges and universities is how to formulate a set of scientific and reasonable performance evaluation methods to use good people and retain people.The root cause of the problem lies in the mismatch between the existing teachers 'performance evaluation system and the teachers' team construction indicators,and the indicators have not yet been quantified,which has seriously affected the rationality of the teachers 'team construction.Therefore,this thesis takes ZBVC as the research object,takes the bottleneck problem of teacher performance evaluation as the entry point,takes performance appraisal theory and graph scale evaluation method as the means,and takes the correlation between teacher performance evaluation system and teacher team construction index as the main line.The author systematically studies the teacher performance evaluation system for ZBVC,and based on the performance evaluation data of the college,optimizes the teacher performance evaluation system,and puts forward a set of scientific countermeasures and suggestions suitable for the construction of teachers 'team and performance evaluation.Therefore,the innovation work of this thesis is embodied in the following three aspects.(1)This paper analyzes the teaching status of ZBVC,combs out the problems existing in the evaluation scheme,and classifies the meaning and functions of the performance evaluation of ZBVC teachers.(2)This paper puts forward a reasonable and effective teacher performance evaluation scheme from the aspects of the purpose,subject,index and standard,weight and process of evaluation.(3)This paper constructs and optimizes the performance evaluation system of ZBVC from three aspects: salary management,incentive strategy and complaint channel,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.To sum up,through the above three aspects of research,on the one hand,for the ZBVC's teacher team construction and performance evaluation,put forward a set of scientific countermeasures and suggestions,on the other hand,for China's higher vocational college performance evaluation system to provide valuable reference,Thus,it is helpful for the improvement of teachers 'level in higher vocational colleges in China.
