The Research Of NGO Supporting Organization By The Background Of Government-Society Cooperation

NGO supporting organization has been an emerging force in the field of social construction. From Shanghai social construction in the long run, it's a trade that more NGOs involved in the social development. At the same time, there will be more interaction between NGOs. And it is important that how to improve the ability of NGOs.NPI is an aggregation of several NGO Supporting organizations which operate with contributions, both financial and otherwise, from international and domestic charity foundations, government agencies, enterprises and academies. Since its establishment in Jan 2006, NPI has worked to promote social innovation and cultivate social entrepreneurs in China by granting crucial support to start-up and small to medium sized NGOs and Social Enterprises. Now NPI is located in shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu and Shenzhen.In this paper, with NPI in Shanghai as an example, the factors of NGO supporting organization by the background of government-society cooperation is the research emphasis. Through NGO-support and project-support, analyze the mode of NGO supporting organization.With the increase of public services, more NGOs will set up, then NGO supporting organizations will play an important role in the social construction. This paper through the main modules of NPI, research its features and influencing factors. And it will be meaningful for future research.
