| Recently,the demission rate of stuff from civilian-run vocational college is staying in a high level.One of the main factors is the career limiting.The career development is a key for teachers to improve their teaching ability and achieve themselves worth.Their is a critical factor for it,that is the supporting from their college own.By documentary research,questionnaire survey and logical interview,this paper analyzes the current organization supporting situation of Yun Nan Engineering Vocational College.It is mainly from four dimensions:material supporting,development supporting,instrument supporting and supporting in fairness.The paper puts forward some suggestion according to the current situation aiming at furthering teacher's career development in this college,so that providing reference to other vocational colleges which are in similar situation in Yun Nan province.The research shows that it is in a low level on supporting teacher's career development in this college.The four dimensions ranks from high to low as:material supporting,supporting in fairness,development supporting and instrument supporting.And there are some other factors influencing the supporting situation which come from teachers personal reasons:differences like sexuality,age,teaching years and family don't influence much;degree and administration post affects strikingly.For example,masters think the college supporting is weak than bachelors;teachers who take responsibility of administration think the material supporting is strong than teachers who don't take do.Aiming at solving the current problems,this paper gives suggestion from the college its own and society.For society,it should strengthen legal construction,increase government supporting and reverse social prejudice.For college,it should build proper idea of setting up school,secure system fairness,listen to teachers' need,increase salary and benefit,add teaching equipment and create a good teaching environment. |
