Construct Of Talents Cultivation Evaluation Model In Private Higher Vocational Colleges

In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of private vocational colleges, China has implemented the talents cultivation evaluation for rapidly-developing vocational colleges since 2003. However, the sweeping approach of the evaluation model does take the history, characteristics, distinguishing features, problems etc. of private vocational colleges into account and it is not applicative and scientific. This study puts forward classified management and classified instruction for private vocational colleges analyzes with the characteristics and problems as the starting point and the quality and development of private vocational colleges as the basic line. Then it systematically discusses the 2008 improved talents cultivation evaluation model for higher vocational colleges and raises some problems. Finally, combined with the actual situations of private vocational colleges and characteristics of higher vocational education, it puts forward the guidelines of constructing talents cultivation evaluation modal in private higher vocational colleges and constructs the talents cultivation evaluation model for private vocational colleges, perfecting the guidelines, procedures, index system and conclusion of the talents cultivation evaluation model. Therefore, this study is of great guiding significance in improving the talents cultivation evaluation for private vocational colleges and promoting the quality of talents cultivation in private vocational colleges.
