Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Cultivating Highly Skilled Talents In Private Higher Vocational Colleges

With the rapid development of science and technology, the competition between countries is becoming more and more fierce, the strategic role of talent power is increasingly respected.Throughout the contemporary social development, generally speaking, the success of economic countries is inseparable from their professional vocational education in providing high skilled talents to the country’s employment market.As an indispensable “main force” of social development, high skilled talents is the cornerstone of the growth of the industry and business, and plays a decisive role in the progress of technology and economy. As a “fresh strength”, private vocational college is developing rapidly in China, which is an important part of promoting national economic to take-off, delivering a large number of outstanding talents with high skills for the economic and social development. However, there are still many problems need to be deeply studied in the process of cultivating high skilled talents in private vocational colleges of our country.This article mainly uses the literature material law, the questionnaire survey method, the interview method as well as the comparative analysis method to carry on the research. First of all, understand the training basis of high skilled talents in private higher vocational college.Then through investigation and interview of the training of high skilled in a certain representative private higher vocational colleges in H city,together on the base of training experience of high skilled in private higher vocational colleges in our country, we propose some problems and the corresponding reform measures existing in campus culture, curriculum system, training base, faculty and staff, school-enterprise cooperation and corresponding reforms of private higher vocational colleges in our country during the process of training high skilled talents,so as to cultivate more excellent high skilled talents for society.This paper can be divided into five parts: the first part mainly illustrates reasons and significance of the research, related concepts, domestic and abroad literature reviews, the innovative points, ideas and methods of paper research; the second part mainly discusses the base of cultivating high skilled talents in private higher vocational colleges, summing up the characteristics of private vocational colleges, the characteristics of high skilled talents, and the growth pattern of high skilled talents;the third part mainly questionnaires and surveys the situation of a certain representative private higher vocational colleges in cultivating high skilled talents inH city, and analyzes the results of survey and interview; the forth part summarizes problems of cultivating high skilled talents of private higher vocational colleges by investigating the literature, and analyzes the cause of the problems; the fifth part mainly puts forward countermeasures for the cultivation of high skilled talents in private higher vocational college.
