Research On The Influencing Factors Of College Students’ Entrepreneurial Intention

Since 2016,in order to further promote economic transformation and improve the employment rate of college students,the Chinese government has issued a series of policies to promote innovation and entrepreneurship.Therefore,an in-depth analysis of the factors affecting college students’ entrepreneurial intention can provide the basis for the government to formulate policies to promote college students’ entrepreneurship,further enhance the willingness of college students to participate in entrepreneurship,and provide some reference for promoting China’s economic development and solving the employment problem of college students.This thesis studies the influencing factors of College Students’ entrepreneurial intention,and makes an empirical analysis based on the universities in Mianyang City,Sichuan Province.Based on the theory of planned behavior and the theory of socialization,this thesis constructs a theoretical model that affects college students’ entrepreneurial intention,and puts forward research hypotheses according to the theoretical model.This thesis conducts a survey on Colleges and universities in Mianyang City,Sichuan Province,and constructs a structural equation model to verify the relationship between variables such as entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurship environment,subjective norms,entrepreneurship attitude and entrepreneurial intention.The research hypothesis is verified and the robustness is tested.Finally,based on the research conclusions,some suggestions are put forward.The conclusions are as follows:(1)There is a significant positive relationship between subjective norms and college students’ entrepreneurial intention.(2)There is a significant positive relationship between entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial intention of college students.(3)There is a significant positive relationship between perceived behavioral control and college students’ entrepreneurial intention.(4)There is a significant positive relationship between entrepreneurial education and subjective norms,entrepreneurial attitude,perceived behavioral control and entrepreneurial intention.(5)There is a significant positive relationship between entrepreneurial environment and subjective norms,entrepreneurial attitude,perceived behavioral control and entrepreneurial intention.This thesis provides a reference for the in-depth understanding of the relevant factors affecting college students’ entrepreneurial intention and the formulation of targeted policies to promote college students’ entrepreneurial intention.
