With the era of economic globalization, China's industrial structure and upgrade the economic structure adjustment is accelerating. Business demand for talent has also undergone a major change, to master high-tech, the use of new technology industries has become the blue-collar skilled workers shortage of talent. Vocational education as a closely related with the socio-economic forms of education, economic development has been baking for the community to develop a large number of practical talents. However, a long time, China's vocational education in the training process is always subject knowledge to teach the implementation of traditional education-based approach, focusing on theoretical knowledge, practical skills training neglected, resulting in a large number of vocational graduates is difficult to adapt to society after graduation on the job requirements and business needs of high-skilled, high-level personnel rather scarce supply and demand, which appeared in recent years, society's "job difficulty and job shortage" phenomenon. From vocational education to see to its own characteristics, it is different from general education, the school has its own laws and training path. It emphasizes the relationship between learning and doing, in learning to do and in doing flexible training model, designed to address the student's capable, the question will be dry, so that students in the school a solid grasp of the basic skills to work for the future lay a solid foundation of practice. In recent years, China's vocational education has made considerable progress, but in practice still faces many problems such as lack of students, teacher training is weak, education funds, graduate employment difficulties. These problems not only seriously hampered the development of vocational education itself, but also lead to a serious shortage of skilled workers related enterprises, affecting the production and the overall progress of the national economy. With success stories of foreign vocational education and relevant experience of vocational education:a "school-enterprise cooperation, enterprises to participate in" schools of vocational education is to solve the current and effective training methods. This article focuses on selected enterprises to participate in international training model representative countries-Australia, TAFE training model. Mainly through the comparative study, analyzed and summarized in Australia and China enterprises to participate in vocational education and training model in common and differences, and differences arising from systematic research, summed up the success of Australian TAFE experience model points. Combined with our existing conditions, to absorb and learn from Australian TAFE advanced concepts to further strengthen and improve vocational education in China's enterprises to participate in relevant laws and regulations and the education system, to explore a situation of China's vocational education and training model and suggestions.This paper is divided into five parts:Chapter 1 Introduction. Concerned about the Australian-led enterprises to participate in vocational education, to promote and support role, and Australia-related laws and regulations for enterprises to participate in professional education requirements and constraints.Chapter 3 Cmparative srudy.of erprises to participate in vocational education in Australia and China.
