Diet is closely related to geography,and it is the so-called "each place has its own way of fostering its own residents".Incorporating dietary cultural resources into high school geography teaching not only helps enhance the life atmosphere of geography class,but also helps students deepen their thinking and understanding of many geography problems.China's food culture has a long history and profound knowledge.The food culture resources which can promote the development of high school geography teaching are very rich.This article proposes three paths and specific methods to develop food culture resources :to excavate,filter and sort out from Chinese and foreign food culture monographs and related literature,to collected and sort out from special Chinese and foreign food culture video materials,to discover and summarize from social surveys.And this article can develop human geography food culture resources and natural geography food culture resources initially.The path and method of applying food culture resources to classroom teaching and extracurricular teaching are discussed,and related teaching cases are designed.This subject is an attempt to develop and innovate the geography teaching curriculum resources in high school.There are six chapters in this article.The first chapter is introduction.It systematically expounds the reasons,significance,domestic research status,research methods and theoretical basis of the topic.The second chapter conducts a questionnaire survey on some high school geography teachers and students in Ganzhou City,and analysis the status and problems in the application of food culture in high school geography teaching.The third chapter summarizes the principles that must be followed and methods for the development of food culture resources.and attempts to develop food culture resources in high school geography teaching with natural geographical elements and human geographic elements.The fourth chapter explores the ways and methods of applying food cultural resources to high school geography teaching.The fifthchapter takes an example for teaching design.The sixth chapter is the summary and prospect.
