Object:Comparing the athletes who is subjected to core strenth training and others who is not we observe the effect of core strenth training on the variation of sprinter's special compititive ability. So as to draw a conclusion that the effect of core strenth training on the variation of sprinter's special compititive ability.Method:The experimental object of the study is 20 track and field sprint students of 2009 in competitive sports College of Beijing Sport University, whose special grade reaches second level athlete technical. The experimental objects are divided into a contrast group and an experimental group, equally containing 10 students. The experimental group does core force training in preparation for three moths.The contrast group do regular regular training. We train the objects for three months, four times each week,30 minutes once, the experimental group training is from static to dynamic, from stable to unstable and from single equipment to multiple equipment. The difficulty of training movements is increased according to the training levels of athletes in order to meet the training requirement. The body core area training of the experimental group has four stages. In the preparation, the contrast group adopts traditional preparation actions, such as jogging and simple leg pressing. The content of the basic part and the end part of the sprint training class is not changed, by testing kinematics indexes (30 meters,60-meter timed run,100-meter special grade, standing long jump, standing three-level long jump, half squat and complete squat) and biomechanics indexes (body forerake, angle between thighs, leg and hip swing angle and a double step distance), test data is statistically processed with related software to provide scientific evidence for the study.Result:Through 12-week core force training, the force quality indexes of the experimental students are improved, i.e. the grades of standing long jump, experimental group is 2.76 meters,contrast group is 2.71 meters. Loaded half squat and standing three-level long jump. The independent sample t-test, halt triple jump and crouch partly the two indexes P< 0.05, have significant differences. While standing long jump and all the squat down two indexes P> 0.05, do not have significant differences.In 30-meter timed run, Group (3.76 s) than the control group (3.81 s) result exaltation 0.05 s,60 meters timed run result exaltation 0.17 s; 100 meters special result exaltation 0.11 s.After three months of core strength training support legs touchdown moments after by the Angle of the hip 130.60 degrees into 119.10 overall by degrees, the pairing sample t-test p< 0.05 show significant difference; Touchdown instant noodles and crus support legs made by the experimental ankle angles before the 115.15 degrees to after the experiment 127.30 degrees, data increased 12.15 degrees, after matching sample t-test p< 0.05, which has obvious difference. From the Angle of the knee joint 148.45 degrees prior to the change to the experimental 141.30 degrees, data after 7.15 degrees, increased by matching sample t-test p> 0.05.Conclution:1. Core strength training for sprinters strength, speed indexes have different range, can improve the effective means for sprint training.2.The improvement of dash depends on step length and stride length two indexes enhancement. After core strength training makes the students in the process of joint movement in road runs happen every Angle corresponding change, explain core strength training helps sprinter sports grades improved.3.Core strength training to halt the triple jump and standing long jump performance, but also have no obvious increase amplitude that core strength training for athletes bursts of improving is limited, Core strength training on weight squats and crouch partly the result enhancement is not big, not significant.
