Study On The Development Strategy Of Rui'an Agricultural School Of Technology

All kinds of walks meet new opportunities and challenges facing thetwelfth development. Every manager must think how to seize the opportunityand challenge. Under the condition of the twelfth professional educationdevelopment of the city, the market competition which Rui'an AgriculturalSchool of Technology is facing, is more fierce, and the manage environment ismore complex and difficult to control.Rui'an Agricultural School of Technology is one of important vocationalschools in Zhejiang province. Recently, leaders of school have been trying toseek a proper aim of development and solve some difficult problems. NowRui'an Agricultural School of Technology also plans actively the twelfthdevelopment strategy of school. But it adopts these methods including meetingproposal, democratic proposal and leadership of the clappers. But we put thestrategy management theories of modern enterprise into the developmentstrategy management of middle vocational school and study the developmentstrategy of Rui'an Agricultural School of Technology. It is very important for usto study them.Under the guidance of the strategy management theory of modernenterprise and basing on relevant management theories, this paper analyzes theinternal and external environment combining with the development situation ofRui'an Agricultural School of Technology by PEST ,five strengths, SWOT, EFEmatrix, IFE matrix and QSPM matrix methods and so on. The paper analyzesthe four factors—strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats in SWOT.Through analyzing the SWOT factors, educes the inside and outside factorssynthetic table and IFE and EFE matrix. Basing on evaluating the strengths,weakness, opportunities and threats of the school development, the paper buildsthe strategy modes including SO strategy, WO strategy, ST strategy, WTstrategy. Then it analyzes the four strategies in QSPM matrix. Lastly, it confirmsthe development and planning strategies of school, proposed some operativemeasures, seek the sustainable development way of Rui'an Agricultural Schoolof Technology.
