It is well known that technology plays more and more role and has more influence in modern society. In order to avoid misusing technology, it requires those that master technology own humanism qualities. The humanism spirit is being worsening now. Therefore the requirements for the training of new-type talents are advocated. The author maintains high school education play a key role in talents training and especially is a critical stage for shaping of talents' humanism spirit. As we know, the scientific spirit is an important composition of humanism spirit that lies in both social science and natural science. They are so close that they can't be separated. The science of geography, an important branch of natural science, has its own regional and comprehensive features. It is a science that studies natural environment, social environment and human beings regionally and interregionally. The three factors influence each other and interact each other. This course involves many different fields such as natural science, humanism, and emphasizes more about the relationship between human beings and land, and strives for the harmony between them, and attaches importance to ecology, economy, society sustainable development, human beings' existence and development right, and also studies the mutual influence and balance of the essential factors in the social activities. From the above, we know the course embodies rich humanism spirit that provides quantities of material for Ss' humanism spirit education. On the basis of the above elaboration, the thesis as well researches how to train and permeate Ss' humanism spirit according to the author's teaching experience. As a result, the thesis holds the cultivation of humanism spirit in high school geography teaching is an important means of humanism spirit and teachers may train Ss' humanism qualities by the following teaching modes such as classroom lecturing, outdoor observation and case analysis.
