The sustainable development of football mainly depends on the cultivation of high-level football backup talents. Keeping all the world soccer powers in view, we can find they all have advanced technical and tactical power, scientific training methods, optimal competition system and their own unique styles; furthermore, they attach much importance to the reserve of backup talents and the renewal of cultivating measures. The international position of Chinese football is in decline, and now it has come down to be an Asian third-rate team. And to make matters worse, in our country, the cultivation of youngsters football backup talents keeps shrinking, which leads to the serious shortage of reserve talents The number of teenagers football reserve talents dropped from the peak of650,000to only7,000in2010. In Jiangxi province, the same takes place. But unfortunately, by now the shrink in the reserve of football backup and the decline in quality of the players fail to attracts deserved public and professional focus.Adopting the methods of documents analysis, questionnaire survey, test, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and logical deduction, etc., targeting at teenagers football athletes, coaches and instructors in some campus football schools, non-campus football schools or traditional football schools of four regional cities in Jiangxi province, this paper does a pretty overall analysis and research on the current situation of cultivating system of teenager football reserve talents in Jiangxi province, and draws the following conclusions:In Jiangxi, though athletes in campus football schools attain almost the same targets as those in traditional football schools, they do much better in academic study, which indicates in our province campus football schools are more efficient to promote the development of football. But at present, campus football only exists in46middle schools in Nanchang. There are regional restrictions on its development; In Jiangxi, registered football coaches and instructors of teenager football are still limited. Their general situation—low academic degrees unreasonable age structure, low incomes but hard work, few professional train, less job satisfaction-to some extent, have negative influence upon the cultivation of teenager football reserve talents; Most of coaches and instructors are not satisfied with the elected materials. And some of the training plans they make in training process are not based on teaching program completely; besides, most of years'training plan and annual training plans have not been made. So, training plans often change because of outside influence. In training, scientific management and psychological training fail to gain proper attention from coaches and instructors. In traditional football school, youngster athletes usually are trained too long and too hard. Generally speaking, Jiangxi youngster football athletes are unsatisfied with the current training, which restricts the development of Jiangxi football; There hold only one provincial football competition each year in Jiangxi, and only a few teams participate, so football matches are very limited. Campus league football matches are held each year, and each team has a match each week. Though matches are much more, the level is low; The healthy development of football schools in our province is obstructed by the current situation of the cultivation of teenager football reserve talents:low funs satisfaction and apparatus satisfaction among coaches, less news reports and media propaganda, less youngster football fans, low support from athletes'families, etc.; What influence the cultivation of Jiangxi. teenager football reserve talents on the condition of vigorous development of campus football are as follows:external environmental factors, economic factors, policy managerial factors, subjective factors of athletes and coaches, and factors of athlete security system and competition system...
