With the acceleration of economic globalization, the ever-changing information technology, the pattern of international integration has been formed and the internationalization of education has has become the world's major trend of education reform and development. In recent years, internationalization of basic education has become the crucial part of education reform in many countries and regions. Considering its characteristics, how can basic education in Chengdu meet the international standards? How can we develop talents at international level?Scholars focus on those questions, and the educators also study on them. Chengdu is an interior city of western China. Comparing with the developed coastal cities, the internationalization of education in Chengdu was started later. But in recent years, Chengdu Municipal Government and Education Bureau attach great importance to international education. In 2010, Chengdu Education Bureau established " Views on Promotion of Internationalization of Education in Chengdu". " We intend to spend 5 years or so to realize internationalization of education, catching up with the eastern coastal cities. A pattern of educational opening up with "multi-level and multi-field" should be formed, which is compatible with the development of Chengdu education.Through research, interviews and experience, the author summed up the problems existing in internationalization of basic education. They are, lack of policy , management vacuum, low level, weak awareness, unbalanced development and so on. Aiming at the guidance of management, the author proposed suggestion of three dimensions: standardization of management systems, personnel flow diversification, integration of curriculum.The first is to standardize the management systems: Based on the actual condition in Chengdu, introduce effective policies and measures to further regulate and guide, particularly in the international courses, management of foreign teachers and agencies from the policy formulation level. On the other hand, build Chengdu international education assessment system, to encourage the development of characteristics and differences, and to promote the internationalization of basic education in Chengdu, using the experience of one point to lead the whole area. The second is the diversification of personnel transfer: Avoid shallow, one-way communication, and open up channels of various forms and levels to achieve win-win situation.Finally, the integration of curriculum. Both foreign language teaching and bilingual teacher training should be paid attention. Meanwhile, enrich the curriculum in primary and secondary schools by teaching cultural differences, with particular attention to the education of international understanding. In addition, the use of modern educational technology should be laid emphasis on, for it is simpler and more intuitive for communication.
