With the development of knowledge economy and the arrival of global economic integration, the trend of internationalization of education is becoming more and more significant. From the development of internationalization of education, the higher education has been the first to walk in the front of the basic education, practice and exploration of international basic education started late in our country. In recent years, in the field of basic education in China, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu City, education internationalization development like a raging fire, road of the development of some key middle school continue education internationalization. In this paper, through the comparison research method, literature research method, interview method and questionnaire method, the full range of scanning the theme of internationalization of basic education, the current situation of the development of the internationalization of our current basic education overview. The advanced experiences of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, Taiwan and the United Kingdom and the United States in the international education review. The selection of research samples, take the Z middle school as the key research object. Summary of key schools in the school in the process of internationalization, the lack of experience and management level, depth analysis the corresponding countermeasures. To explore the practice in reality and to offer some references and help.Z middle school is located in Jinan city of Shandong Province, is a provincial key schools in Shandong Province,, the first batch of provincial standardized school. The school in the school of thought, the "exploration" and "Exploitation" as the starting point, the beneficial exploration and practice of the management of students, a series of curriculum setting, teaching management and other aspects, has accumulated rich experience in education. At the beginning of this century, Z middle school practice and exploration of educational internationalization, divided into exploration stage (2000-2004), stage of development (2005-2010 years), in practice, in-depth phase (since 2011). Since 2011, in the school curriculum, the experimental class held successfully, greatly enhance the Z secondary school open and internationalization level. After ten years of efforts, the school has achieved fruitful results in the exploration of the internationalization of education practice. Based on the practice of in-depth analysis of Z Middle School of international education, to fully understand the school internationalization strategy, implementation and practice effect, explore the management level is still in practice problems and shortcomings, mainly has the following problems:the system flaw, the narrow thinking, practice form and scattered, running the utility. Schools in the internationalization management strategy, involving all aspects of the core work of the school, the carrier is varied, including not only the international education exchange, but also covers the educational goals and ideas, organization and management, curriculum, teachers, teaching resources, the construction of campus culture. In this paper, from the perspective of management strategy, combined with the current situation of the development of the school and potential problems, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given.
