In recent years,the internationalization of education has become an international trend.With the development of social economy and the progress of ideology and culture,there has been an obvious trend of a younger age of international students in China,especially in some first-tier cities,which can be called the internationalization trend of basic education.Specifically,it refers to the internationalization of education that is realized and practiced on the basis of recognizing the functional orientation,basic objectives and contents of basic education in China's national education.Fully open up the domestic and foreign education market,connect the international education resources,train and introduce multi-age international talents.At the same time,according to China's education planning policy "national medium-and long-term education reform and development program outline(2010-2020)",which has made a preliminary plan for China's education development and reform after entering the 21st century.Since the 18th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the state has taken the strategic deployment of opening up to the outside world as a priority.Therefore,the modernization and internationalization of education reform are also urgent to be put on the agenda.In this paper,X district of shenzhen,one of the national economic center cities and one of the international metropolises,is selected as the main research object,and research methods such as literature research,comparative analysis,and questionnaire survey are adopted to carry out multi-angle research.To understand the concept of internationalization of basic education and the intention and status quo of studying abroad of teachers,students and parents in this region.In addition,through the access to a large number of information and the official website of the government,the implementation of the policy in the region.Compared to first-tier cities such as Beijing,Shanghai and the United States,Japan and other developed countries status and development trend of internationalization of education,the basis of shenzhen X area is summarized in the foreign teachers,the government's international strategy enforcement,lack of school professional strategic guidance,local young students study abroad agency management,etc.This paper analyzes the possibility of carrying out the internationalization of basic education in X district,and puts forward some reasonable Suggestions for its future internationalization of basic education,such as the construction of multi-type international education mode,the development strategy of gradation refinement,the strengthening of teacher training,and the best possible national communication mechanism.It is expected that this study can promote the internationalization of education in other areas of shenzhen and even the whole country to some extent.Education has always been the focus of national development,but there is still a lack of literature on the topic of internationalization of basic education.Starting from the internationalization of regional basic education,this paper tries to understand the relationship between the government and the internationalization of basic education in terms of points and aspects.Meanwhile,considering the role of the market,this paper also contributes some research data to further promote the internationalization of education in China.
