Fostering a nationality lies in education, and fostering education lies in teachers. With the constant development of rural economics and education, the income gap between the country rural teachers, especially rural elementary school teachers and other industry is more and more obvious. China is an extensive country, not only does rural primary teachers in developed economic regions but in Remote areas should be concerned about when it comes to the condition of income. Rural teachers'income directly relates to their living quality, connects to manifestation of teachers'enthusiasm, initiation and creation and affected rural teachers'stability as well as the development of rural education. So the writer focuses on the group of rural primary teachers in Xinjiang province and surveys on their condition of earnings.The research adopts questionnaire, together with interview and literature, taking Jinghe couty as an example, trying to know about the condition of income in remote areas and trying to find out the main cause that led to the countryside elementary school teachers of low incomes.The research is divided into five parts: The first part will expound the background and meaning for doing this research, give an overview and a few comments to the current study of this field, and will introduce the train of thoughts and methods used in the research..The second part will present the results of the research, including questionnaire results and interview results. The results reflect that compared with the local farmers, herdsmen and government officials, the condition of the rural primary teachers'income is not so bright. The third part will analyze the detrimental influences brought about by the low income of the rural primary teachers, and try to analyze the common factors which lead to the low income of rural primary teachers. The forth part will raise the countermeasures which increase the income of the rural primary teachers, and the countermeasures will be carried out in three sections which are the changes of thoughts, the perfecting of security system, and practical actions.
