A Study Of The Construction Of Teachers' Turnover Dormitory In Rural Schools In Remote And Difficult Areas

The turnover dormitory project of rural school teachers in remote and difficult areas is to alleviate rural teacher housing tension,stable rural school teachers,an important measure to promote the teaching quality of rural education and improving the education of all-round and harmonious development is of great significance.Since 2010,the state two ministries jointly issued the relevant requirements and opinions on the construction of teachers' dormitory in rural areas.The following year,the two ministries and commissions issued a notice on the planning of the project,which marks the construction of the project planning work has been in full swing.Step by step the new and expanded a number of reasonable layout,safety in the rural areas,efforts to improve the work of rural school teachers in remote areas and living conditions,so as to attract the excellent talents to volunteer grassroots level,service class,set up their teaching beliefs.Promoting the improvement of teaching quality in rural schools.In this study,the implementation of the national long-term development plan for education under the background of the times,to the housing situation of rural school teachers as a breakthrough,using literature method,interview method and observation method,according to the different geographical environment in Linfen City,conducted a sample survey of 8 counties(cities,districts)of rural school teachers the allocation of land use right turnover dormitory,layout research,quantity,standardization,source of funds.The survey found that 8 sample counties(cities,districts)of the rural school teacher turnover dormitory land lack of norms,the layout is not reasonable,the number is relatively low,the standard rate of compliance is low,a single source of funding.This study suggests that(1)should standardize the rural school teacher turnover dormitory of land use rights;(2)the reasonable layout of teacher turnover dormitory;(3)to ensure that the number of rural school teacher turnover dormitory;(4)flexible set of rural school dormitory construction standards for teacher turnover;(5)multi channel financing,gradually improve the smooth implementation the rural school teachers working and living conditions in five aspects to promote the turnoverdormitory project of rural school teachers in remote and difficult areas.
