"Education is the foundation".With the progress of society, our country pays more and more attention to the balanced development of inter-regional education.Primary school teachers,as important human capital, play a key role in the compulsory education stage.Restricted by geographical location and natural conditions, remote areas are relatively backward in economic development, and the stability and sustainable development of primary school teachers are also facing great challenges. For example, the basic salary of teachers is low,the relevant incentive mechanism is not perfect, the income gap between teachers has further widened;the demand for primary school teachers in remote areas is low,and the enthusiasm of teachers is obviously frustrated. Therefore, studying the problems in the incentive mechanism of primary school teachers in remote areas and putting forward specific countermeasures for teacher incentives has important practical significance for the development of compulsory education and the construction of teachers in remote areas.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,two-factor theory and Porter-Lawler's comprehensive incentive model theory, this paper combs the relevant arguments in the previous literature to carry out analysis and research. This article uses primary school teachers in Gonghe County,Hainan Prefecture,Qinghai Province as an example, summarizes the role positioning and work characteristics of primary school teachers in remote areas, and sorts out the content and methods of motivation for primary school teachers in remote areas. On this basis, the literature method, questionnaire survey method and interview survey method are used to study the current situation of primary school teachers' motivation in Gonghe County,Hainan Prefecture,Qinghai Province. The primary school teachers in Gonghe County,Hainan Prefecture,Qinghai Province are the subjects of investigation.Analyze the satisfaction of the five levels of needs, safety needs, social needs, respect needs, and self-realization needs to understand the county's primary school teachers' incentives.Through the questionnaire survey, the SPSS data analysis method was used to analyze and integrate the obtained data, and the in-depth analysis of the problems in the motivation of primary school teachers in Gonghe County,Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,Qinghai Province, came to the following specific conclusions:(1)The working environment is difficult;(2)The school management system is not perfect;(3)The promotion space is narrow;(4)Teachers lack training opportunities;(5)The honor system is not perfect. The main reasons for the above-mentioned status quo can be summarized in five points:(1)insufficient investment in educational resources;(2)unscientific managerial incentive system;(3)aging teacher structure;(4)imperfect professional development system;(5)Leadership care and honor system is lack.In view of these problems, this paper deeply analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward specific countermeasures from five aspects:(1)increase education investment;(2)adjust the original management system of the school;(3)balance the structure of teachers;(4)Optimize the professional development system;(5)Strengthen the honor system.
