Under the guidance of the new era of the 21 st century,all walks of life in our country have developed rapidly.As the education of the arts,the education of the arts has also been vigorously promoted by the society.It has also exerted subtle influence on people's lives,learning and work.Therefore,art education The impact on society is increasingly recognized by people.Through the art education,the school allows students to learn art knowledge and skills,so as to achieve the emotional experience to develop students' observation ability,hands-on ability,cooperation ability,creative ability and so on.Through the study of fine arts will also make the students' aesthetic taste,ability to improve,and will be more yearning for a beautiful life.At present,the field of art education in China pays more attention to the art teaching in primary and secondary schools in rural areas,which provides an opportunity for the improvement of the overall state of art teaching in primary and secondary schools.However,many schools in rural remote areas focus their teaching on cultural classes,ignoring the existence value of fine arts courses,and it is relatively difficult for schools in rural remote areas to realize the development of Literacy and all-round development.The importance and development of art teaching in urban areas or in villages and towns with rapid economic development are in full swing,but the development of art teaching in rural and remote areas is very slow or standing still.In order to fulfill the requirements of the new art curriculum,promote the all-round development of students,improve the comprehensive ability of students,and further promote quality education,Let relevant education departments,school leaders in primary and secondary schools in rural and remote areas,art teachers,parents of students recognize and attach importance to the importance of art teaching for students' knowledge learning and future development.The author aims to investigate the present situation in the teaching of Fine Arts in primary and secondary schools in remote rural areas of Dazhou province as the object of investigation,including school leaders,teachers,students and parents of local students in remote rural schools in Dazhou,through visits to primary and secondary schools in remote rural areas of Kaijiang County,Xuanhan County,Qu County,Dazhu County and Dachuan District,thirty-two primary and middle schools,36 teachers(full-time art teachers,part-time art teachers,teachers in other courses),28 school heads,693 primary and secondary school students and 98 students' parents(parents of pupils attending primary and secondary schools).This paper analyzes and compares the reasons for influencing and restricting the development of art teaching in primary and secondary schools in rural and remote areas of Dazhou,and puts forward some practical and feasible countermeasures for the development of art teaching in primary and secondary schools in rural remote areas of Dazhou.
