Plenty of research show that all educational reform and training efforts will fail without the teachers'enthusiastic participation and the positive attitudes. People gradually realize this since the beginning of the study of the Teacher Professional Development. In the issue of teacher development, people focus their attention on the teachers'self-experience and self-development which means that teachers are no longer a social requirement, but the reflections of self-value of life. The sense of self-development is divided into the unconscious stage, preconscious stage, forming stage and sense of stage. The sense of self-development is also subject to a number of factors, such as achievement motivation of teachers, teacher self-efficacy, and teachers'professional identity.
