Nowadays, The equity has remarkably focused on the education. The key for improving the equity on education is to balance the development between the urban area and the rural area. The improvement of the teaching quality in the rural secondary schools is required the profession of the teacher. Except for students with poor knowledge on Chinese language and literature, rural teachers are also challenged by high presures from the society and families. Their situations are complicated, and it is difficult for them to achieve their dreams. Balancing the educational development between the urban area and the rural area, it is necessary to care and to help this special group of teachers.This research is to inquire the current situation of Chinese teaching in rural secondary schools in Qingxiu Distrct, Nanning. It is found that their teaching effect is quite low, due to their long working age, job fatigue, the lack of the creation and the teacher education and the lack of enthusiasm on teaching.According to the current situation, this research is giving some solutions, like building outstanding models, organizing teaching competitions, applying new methods, creating network between urban teachers and rural teachers.The research achieved some positive effects including the obvious inprovements on the teaching quality, the mature assisting model between the urban and the rural and a group of elite Chinese teachers in the rural secondary schools.
