A Study On Pre-school Education Quality Assurance System In Australia

On the background of globalization, Pre-school education has played an important role in the education system in many countries. The development of pre-school education has become an important part of improving national competitive power and has become the investment priority of the fundamental education and human resources. Australia, as a developed country with high social welfare, has started to pay attention to the quality guarantee system of pre-school education since 60s of 20th century.By using documentary method and comparison method, this paper will describe and analyze the process. This paper will study about the development of this guarantee system, about the basic elements and the operating mechanism of the pre-school education quality guarantee system in Australia. Development process, basic elements, operation mechanism and basic characteristics of the pre-school education quality guarantee system will be described and analyzed in this paper.This paper consists of 5 Sections:Section one,describes the reason of the study, the literature review, the research methods and the definition of the core concepts.Section two,briefly describes the overview of pre-school education in Australia.Section three,describes the constituent elements and the implementation methods of the pre-school education.Section four,summarizes basic characteristics of the Australian pre-school education quality guarantee system.After the analysis of Australian pre-school education quality guarantee system, section five put forward three proposals about the pre-school education in China.
