This research is divided into three parts. At the first part, University students'coping style questionnaire in the employment pressure would be compiled, formingthe primitive questionnaire, establishing conclusive questionnaire, and inspectionreliability and validity of the questionnaire. At the second part, it's the analysisabout the status of employment pressure and coping style. At the third part, thisresearcher would further discuss the relationship of employment pressure copingstyle and personality. That attempts to explore the healthy and effective copingstyle of university students, could provide certain theoretical basis for remittingpsychological pressure on employment.The research process experiences roughly the following link. The first step, itwould to compile the original coping style questionnaire in employment pressure,through collected comprehensive literature, on-the-spot interviews, openquestionnaire survey, and asked for opinions from psychology experts. The secondstep, the formal coping style questionnaire would take shape through theexploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. And, the reliabilityand validity of the questionnaire would be test. The third step, it's to survey the 850university students using self-designed coping style questionnaire in employmentpressure, the employment pressure questionnaire of the university graduatescompiled by Zhang Li Jin, Esengk personality questionnaires scale in fivesouthwest universities, then invest and analyze situation university students'employment pressure and coping style. Fourth step, according to the survey data, this research would discuss the relationship of university graduates employmentpressure, personality types and coping style using the statistical methods ofcorrelation analysis and regression analysis.(1)University graduates'coping styles in employment pressure mainlyincludes eight types, self-improvement, collect information, seeking help,self-motivation, lower expectations, escape from reality, fantasy era end,self-accusation. The self-designed university graduates coping style questionnairein employment pressure have higher reliability and validity, it's good for a furtherresearch about university graduates'employment pressures coping style as theeffective tools.(2) University graduate employment pressure has obvious difference in thestudent sources, subjects and grade.(3) According to their favor, the coping style of university graduate Collectinformation, lower expectations, self-motivation, self-improvement, seeking help,escape from reality, self-accusation, fantasying end.(4) The coping style of university graduates has gender differences onself-improvement and fantasy end, students. Source differences onself-improvement and seeking help, discipline differences on lower expectationsand self-accusation.(5)More high the employment pressure is, more negative the coping style is,personality types have important intermediary between employment pressure andcoping style.
