This is a result of the special social environment, history of those areas and the natural condition confine, which lead to the economic and social development, the infrastructure construction of Ethnic township lag behind other regions for a long time.On the other hand, the large number of deep poverty population has also prevented the education of Ethnic Township develop quickly.In order to finish the paper, the author invested Guizhou Zhijin county during the study period for the master's degree. The education of zhijin county is famous for its diversity ethnic townships composition, large number of school-age children and wide distribution of schools, etc. So it is a typical and representative case for the study. This paper mainly analyzed the present situation of obligation education and the problem in present by the methods of literature methods, empirical analysis and comparison analysis. In the light of these problems, some countermeasures and Suggestions also have been given at last.Because of historical reasons, Ethnic Township regional economic and social development is relatively backward in long time. it also led to the foundation of compulsory education weak in Ethnic Township. At present, the Ethnic Township obligation education faced with inadequate investment, low efficiency of resources, the infrastructure construction behindhand, teachers scarce, and many other problems. How to improve the teaching ability and the conditions of obligations education in Ethnic, which is an important step to make sure society's fair and justice come true eventually. This paper proposes further define governments' responsibilities of Ethnic Township obligations, continue to increase investment in Ethnic Township education and take positive steps to solve the problems, including unreasonable school layout, teachers scarce, so as to realize education reasonable allocation of resources and compulsory education balanced development problems.
