| Compulsory education is the right and obligation of every school-age child.The development of compulsory education is the scope of government public service,and the balanced allocation of compulsory education resources is an indispensable part of government public service.Although the balanced development of compulsory education in H banner has passed the national acceptance,as in other parts of the country,there is still inequality in the allocation of compulsory education resources between urban and rural areas and between schools.As the government continues to pay more attention to compulsory education,the corresponding financial investment is also increasing,and the total amount of compulsory education resources is also expanding.So far,the enrollment rate of school-age children at the stage of compulsory education in H banner has basically reached 100%.The main contradiction of compulsory education in H banner has changed from "whether to enter school" to "whether to enjoy balanced educational resources".Whether school-age children can fairly enjoy high-quality educational resources has been widely concerned by students’ parents and all sectors of society.This study takes the equalization of compulsory education resources in H banner as the starting point,understands the historical background and development trends of the research problems by consulting relevant research literature at home and abroad,and understands the investment of educational resources such as library construction,teacher allocation and hardware facilities in the stage of compulsory education in H banner through field investigation and data query.Analyze and learn from excellent experience,broaden research ideas,extract views and theories suitable for the balanced development of compulsory education resources in H banner,and promote the balanced development of compulsory education resources in H banner. |
