From the household registration system, the floating population in Kunming city families facing children's primary school liter of junior middle school family education choice. Including family experiences, parents education, education fuzzy; third chapter is the floating children's own admissions considerations. Finally, this paper summarizes the study found, migrant children, education behind the more reflected in the system level into the reading public school inequality of opportunity; education information inequality, unilateral from the school, the whole community, community for migrant children family education policy information less and less; mobile children's parents child communication is not unimpeded, children cannot express willingness for children, parents in the leading role.
