Study On Changes Of Teachers' Learning Style In The Times Of Modern Educational Technology

Of long standing and well established, the development of Educational Technology has gone through three stages including Traditional Educational Technology, audio-visual media, and Multimedia and E-learning Educational Technology.In the phrase of Traditional Educational Technology, the Creation of Language, the formation of Letters, the invention of Printing and Visual Teaching Aids have deeply changed the learning styles of teachers. Correspondingly, teachers would gain knowledge by listening temporarily, reading from printings, and then pluralistic styles of learning. In the stage of audio-visual media, teachers usually would pick the information by seeing and listening. However, when the Multimedia and E-learning Educational Technology was used for teaching, a thoroughly change which is called'the Fourth Education Revolution'had greatly affected teachers' learning.This paper which is under the background of Modern Education Technology will research the revolution of teachers' learning based the core of Internet. And then the problems which happened in the daily life of teachers' learning will be introduced such as lack of the self-motivation of E-learning, the low level of Teachers' Information Literacy, superficially going on the E-learning. The reasons of these problems are their old concept of Teacher Education Technology, the imperfect education and technical training system and lack of enthusiasm.In the fourth chapter, the solution of the problems which is written above will also focus on the internet. To deal with the problems, this paper will illustrate three countermeasures. Firstly, a correct concept should be established on the Educational Technology, for Educational Technology is the product of the combination of Education and Technology which are indispensable. Secondly, a effective Education and Technology training system will be needed to build good environment of E-learning; the system above should be planed systematically, hierarchically and targeted which will be helpful to construct a harmonious atmosphere. The third thing is to promote the depth of teachers'E-learning.
