On Docking Between County Vocational Education And County Enterprise

The harmonious development between the county education and region economy has become to the hot issue of regional development, in the background of country developing the vocational education vigorously, region vocational education developt quickly. To accelerate the county's vocational education development, to strengthen butt joint between county vocational education and county enterprise is of great significance, for county cultivation of skilled talents, for transfer of rural surplus labor, for human resources recruitment of region enterprise.This paper uses literature method, comparative method, case study method, for docking problem research between region vocational education and county enterprises. The author went to Yueyang Vocational Education Center, Cili Vocational Education Center, Huarong Vocational Technical School and many other county vocational education institutions, were investigated in this study. based on the differences of counties and survey date, the author point out the existence butt joint problem between county vocational education and county enterprise. And put forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the docking problem between region vocational education and county enterprise. Further research are identified, the big vocational education mode (County Vocational Education Center) by the county government dominant, can be used as the important way to solve the docking problem.The main content of this thesis includes the following parts:The first chapter is introduction, including research background, summary of issues, research ideas, contents and methods. The second chapter mainly elaborates on the related concept and theoretical basis. The third chapter describes the status of docking between the vocational education and enterprises. The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter is the emphasis of this paper, the fourth chapter analyzes the docking problems between county vocational education and county enterprise, namely social understanding is incorrect; the service direction is not clear; security system is not standardized. Finally the author draws the conclusion to solve the problem:to build the docking platform between vocational education and county enterprise; to open the docking channels between county vocational education and county enterprises; to perfect docking system between county vocational education and county enterprises.
