Research On The Mechanism Of School Enterprise Cooperation In County Secondary Vocational Schools

The occupation training and professional training of students is the most important part in the secondary occupation education,and the training for key occupation and professional is the cooperation between secondary occupation school,so the cooperation with enterprises is the priority among priorities of its connotation development.However,at this stage the cooperation status of secondary occupation education in China is not optimistic,the medium occupation school enterprise cooperation in the process of enterprise development is full of barriers and obstacles,this resulted in the China area is part of the medium occupation school in the school enterprise cooperation creates a "school enterprise hot cold" the phenomenon of distress.Especially in the county level of the region,due to the economic environment and the natural environment and so on,so that the conditions of the county secondary vocational schools to carry out the work of school enterprise cooperation is even more difficult.First,in people's traditional concept of occupation education will "label",that the secondary occupation education is "low education",which belongs to the senior high school entrance examination defeat students "education,especially the secondary occupation education is restrained by such traditional ideas,making its development difficult.Through the research and more provinces regions found that although the present situation of the secondary occupation school enterprise cooperation in the overall weak position,but the cooperation of the secondary occupation school in a small part of China's development also has a fairly advanced experience is worth learning.The survey is based on the multi region provinces,some areas were selected as the case analysis,the failure lessons and experience summary,in order to study the mechanism of cooperation of county secondary occupation school enterprise analysis and experience summary,provides the reference for the corresponding content of secondary occupation education development in china.Therefore,this study is divided into six parts:The first part is an introduction,which includes the background of this study,related research,research objectives and problems,and the significance of the study.The second part is the definition of the basic concept of the study,the selection of the sample and the theoretical basis of this study.The third part is the research on theimpetus of the secondary vocational school to carry out the school enterprise cooperation.The fourth part is the analysis of the current situation of the secondary vocational schools in the process of cooperation between schools and enterprises.The fifth part is the analysis of the resistance factors of the school enterprise cooperation in the County Secondary Vocational schools.The last part is to study the author for the secondary occupation school enterprise cooperation situation analysis,puts forward countermeasures to solve the existing problems,and suggestions for the work of the evaluation of school enterprise cooperation and security,the security and evaluation mechanism.
