The class is the basic unit of the school institutions and the most basic structural form of education systems. Class plays the most basic and direct role in the school life of the students. As a kind of soft constraint force, class culture exerts a subtle influence on the growth and development of the class members and affects the functioning condition of the class management directly. A lot of successful teaching cases indicate that class culture has remarkable educational function. Different cultural environments have different functions of guidance and constraint on class management, which makes an important guiding significance on the formation value concept and cohesion of the whole class.Nowadays, the management advocates "people-oriented, culture first". The sound and reasonable class management system cannot be set up without the "people-oriented" thought and the construction of class culture. Taking the types and characteristics of class culture as entry point to seek scientific laws of class management and actively improve the class management is undoubtedly of great research value. The thesis takes the relationship between class culture and class management as the main line. First of all, the author proposes that class management contains rich cultural connotations in class culture. The related concepts of class culture penetrate on the specific work of class management and have a profound impact on class management; Then, this paper mainly analyzes the current situation of modern high school class management and the causes of many issues from the perspective of class culture. Next, according to the correlation theory of culturology and management, it discusses the important significance and guidance function of class culture on modern high school class management from four aspects, namely, material culture, spiritual culture, system culture and behavior culture. Finally, it proposes the relevant strategies of class culture construction which aims to promote class management.
