| Fine Arts class,its aims are to improve the students’ aesthetic tastes and quality education,has been included into the nine-year complusory educational outline,which has also received the great attention by our country,but because of many reasons,now Fine Arts in junior middle school has been severely marginalized,students do not love it,teachers appeared slack,and the leaders in school doesn’t attach importance to the art class,and the subject of the Fine Arts has falled into a vicious cycle which is difficult to manage.Fine arts Class,which is pains for the moment,gains for the millenia,should go back the right road.and the era also calls for the Fine Arts class should be managed regularly.This paper discusses teaching environment management.Class standard practice management and class teaching management from three aspects.apply the questionnaire and interview into research,and the 300 questionnaires were issued,292 effective questionnaires were taken back,according to outstanding problems in the questionnaire which is including the short of the hardware facilities,the lack of learning interests,the the dull of teaching methods,and so on.6 man were interviewered,the interviewers are including school administrators,teachers,and students,etc.The first part of this paper is the introduction,it explains the basic question by introducion,definition,literature review,research design,the analysis of the people-oriented thoughts in multi-dimensional views,based on the "human-oriented" thought,the aims are to make the Fine Arts go back to the right way of quality education;The second part is to analyse the current chaos situation in Fine Arts class by the way of questionnaire and interviews;The third part is to analyse the reasons of choas in fine arts class of middle school;The fourth part to give the advices based on the idea of"human-oriented" thoughts;The fifth part is to explain the reference of the thesis. |
