Classroom management is an important part in school management,which is also the basic area of educational management.The effect of classroom management not only affects the objective of education and teaching,but also plays an important role in the mental and physical health of students,the academic achievement and the quality and quantity of talents.Students of the "Minority and Han" mixed class are grown in various family environment with rich cultural background.Which raises a different claim towards head teachers,and also introduces complexity and challenging.Therefore,the study of the problems and improved strategies is necessary towards the scientific and benign development in classroom management.Moreover,it would be significant historically and realistically to ethnic unity and national cohesion.This research mainly adopts questionnaire survey in K middle school in Xinjiang on the basis of related literature review.Through comprehensive understanding of current situation of the classroom management.Then analyze the existing problems and their causes.To solve the problems,referring to the present educational theories,this research tries to proposes some countermeasures and makes some suggestions.Combining with the analysis of questionnaire statistics,finding that the mode of integrated class is worth promoting,but it still needs to be improved.Thus further optimize and improve class management,support the reform of basic education in ethnic minority areas.In general,feedback from teachers and students are different.Students of different minorities are basically satisfied with current situation of classroom management.However,there are still some problems.First,there are deviations in the goal of classroom management between teachers and students.Second,there is a shortage of diversity in the goal of classroom management.Third,there is a lack of good learning habits and method.Fourth,theme and form of classroom activities are monotonous.Fifth,there is a lack of effective communication.According to the above,this article analyzes reasons of the problems from the perspective of teachers,parents and students.On the basis of educational theory,effective measures are as follows: First,external conditions to optimize "Minority and Han" mixed classroom management.Second,internal environment to improve "Minority and Han" mixed classroom management.Third,concrete measures to improve "Minority and Han" mixed classroom management.
