It's been years since the implementation of quality education reform in China,and many changes are witnessed in the domestic class management.Yet studies still spot several unfavorable factors that hinder the overall development of pupils and the desired functions of class management are not in full play either.To achieve good effects in class management at elementary schools,alterations need be made to the present administrative mechanism,and more guidance and awards be given to the pupils.Only in this way can we truly achive the goals of quality education.Based on the thinking above and the studies carried out home and abroad,this paper chooses teachers and pupils at elementary schools as its research subjects,studies and analyses the present managerial situation in class from the people-oriented and students-centred perspective,discloses the existing problems and their reasons,and proposes a series of strategies at the end.The systematic research about people-oriented management at elementary schools in this paper comes from the author's personal experiences and exploration at Weifang D Elementary School.And,the paper can be divided into three parts:Part 1(Introduction and Chaper one): here,it expounds the research background,the research value,as well as the research methods of class management in China and foreign countries.It also defines what is class and class management and elaborates the latter's functions,which brings us to the theoretical premises of this research.To be more specific,humanism and human subjectivity in education.And,they both provide guidelines for class management at elementary schools.Part 2(chapter two): it's the analysis and conclusions about the present situation of class management at elementary schools.The research modes employed here include teaching analysis,questionnaire,and face-to-face interview.The reasearch focus is the management practice and flaws.Ater analysis,reasons will be concluded and unveiled.Part 3(chapter three): the implementation strategy of people oriented primary school classroom management.For the prblems and respective analysis above,the author proposes to apply managerial strategies in this way: first,establish a correctconcept about education and manage classes scientifically;secondly,improve the teachers' teaching level and teaching effectiveness;thirdly,make improvements to the environment and satisfy the needs of pupils;finally,cultivate the pupils' self management ability.
