Recently,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the "China Education Modernization 2035",it opens the prelude to accelerating the modern education in our country,it also points the way forward in accelerating the modernization of educational management at all levels.Education modernization is embodied in management,not only the modernization of ideas,but also the modernization of management and more it is the modernization of educational governance for everyone.In the process of change,it pays attention to the development of every student,which also decides that we should attach importance to "people-oriented" in the process of education,so that people can get coordinated and comprehensive development.As far as class managers are concerned,they need to put the needs put forward by students in the first place.All the work is based on the development of students,creating a management atmosphere of equal dialogue and democratic consultation,so that students can really become the masters of class management.Influenced by the new curriculum concept,the main purpose of class management is to take "people-oriented" as the principle and promote students' development in an all-round way.The main problem of this paper is to analyze the current situation and existing problems in class management of X primary school in H District of S city,and to explore how to apply the concept of "people-oriented" management to the practice of class management in primary school.This paper puts forward the goal of "people-oriented" primary school class management,explores the direction of implementation,summarizes the results achieved after the implementation of "people-oriented" concept of primary school class management,and reflects on the implementation process.Firstly,this paper uses the way of investigation and research to find out the problems existing in the management of primary school classes,which are mainly manifested in the following aspects: backward concept,attaching importance to the authority of the head teacher,despising the students' main body,incomplete management content,rigid management mode,incomplete management mechanism,etc.Then,aiming at the problems identified,the root causes of the problems are found and the "people-oriented" management concept is applied to them.In specific schools,we explore how to practice the "human text" class management mode and carry out a one-year management improvement experiment.Finally,we summarize the practice and find that the main points are: to adopt the concept of "people-oriented" to manage classes,to help enhance students' subjective consciousness,develop students' personality,improve students' personality,effectively enhance students' self-management ability,and to promote students' innovative spirit.And practice ability training,improve the level of moral education in the class.From this we can see that the "people-oriented" management idea can really change the current management situation and solve the problems in class management.It has a certain significance and theoretical value to enrich the class management theory,has a certain reference meaning to promote the theoretical research on class management innovation,and has a positive exploration value to promote the improvement of class management level.
