The Research Of Agricultural Colleges And Universities To Promote UNISPAR

As today's world economic development, technological innovation is becoming a major theme, the UNISPAR(University-Industry-Science Partnership) is to enhance the national capacity for independent innovation, and adapt to the inevitable economic and technological integration requirements,"enhance the ability of independent innovation, as the establishment of an innovation-oriented country" has become China's major approach to development. Dominated by enterprises, universities and research institutions for the combination of relying on research, played a very important role in promoting the national independent innovation, enhance the comprehensive national strength. Agricultural colleges and universities as an innovation of the agricultural knowledge, training and agricultural talents of the main battlefield, the main positions of the implementation of the strategy "science and education enhance agriculture" in China. The trend of the UNISPAR, the agricultural colleges and universities to focus on the leading role of Combination mode in the modernization drive, the overall goal of the revitalization agriculture as agricultural colleges and universities.This paper has four parts, first part discusses the meaning and characteristics of the UNISPAR; The second part focuses on the status quo of China's agricultural colleges and UNISPAR, agricultural colleges and universities participate in the seven major mode of combination of production and hunan agricultural colleges and research practice to summarize; the third part of the tripartite role of research cooperation, relationship, cooperation mechanisms and the level of development of research cooperation, institutional constraints, funding sources are analyzed agriculture colleges and universities to promote research combined with the problems and dilemmas; the last part of the agriculture colleges and universities to promote research combined with six part:the corresponding policies and measures to strengthen the sense of cooperation, coordination of the tripartite relationship, and improve cooperation mechanism, enhance the level of cooperation, the lifting of the institutional constraints and improve the financial support system.
