In the educational policy of hold Ethnic Minority Classes in the Hinterland, formed multicultural education environment that gathered ethnic students. In such a campus, sometimes happen students'conflict. Inappropriate handle the conflict cause groups violence. Taking Cheng du No.46 middle school for cases, from the view of multicultural education, based on the field-work investigation and education narrative research, objective present the story of students'conflict including cause, progress, dispose, reflection and so on. Seize the narrative characteristics of human experience and emphasize individual experience is complete and continuity. One by one experience story formed Narrative text.Then the research analyzed the cultural roots of conflict through the following aspects: the present campus culture, living conditions of minority students and the essence of students'conflict is cultural diversity which reflected in belief, behavior, language, Clothing.The final part: this thesis based on the multicultural education, putting forward some idea and suggests which about reducing the conflict of minority students and promoting contacts with nations. (1)From the concept aspects, I proposed that we should strengthen multicultural education theory. (2)From the methodology aspects, I pointed out that the ultimate goal of education is for everyone's happy life. (3)From the practice aspects, I gave schools two suggests. First, building multicultural education environment. In order to achieve this goal, schools should construct campus culture that has the minority characteristics. Schools also can implant multicultural into courses to achieve this goal. Second, cultivating students a better sense of what their own national mean. In order to achieve this goal, we should construct the mutual recognition mechanism between nations and foster the students'intercultural communication ability.
