China is in a period of social transition now,the collision and integration of multicultural has become an inevitable trend.With the arrival of multiculture,the phenomenon of cultural conflict between teachers and students in our country is becoming more and more serious,which has caused the concern and attention of scholars and society.The cultural conflicts between teachers and students refer to teacher-student relationship present a state of opposition or competition in terms of their values and behavior stealthily or presently due to the differences between teacher culture and student culture in the process of interaction.In depth study of the cultural conflicts between teachers and students from the multicultural perspective,we can not only provide teachers and students with more humanistic concern and cultural experience,but also promote the construction of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students effectively.The cultural conflicts between teachers and students from multicultural perspective are mainly manifested in two aspects: value conflict and behavior conflict.The value conflict is the intrinsic expression of the conflicts between teachers and students,and the behavior conflict is the external manifestation of the conflicts between teachers and students.The cultural conflict has distinct characteristics which are different levels of conflict,the multiple forms of conflict and complex causes of conflict.The value and behavior of the teachers' culture and the students' culture in the school are diverse,there is always a cultural conflict between teachers and students which has a positive or negative influence on the development of the relationship between teachers and students.We can analyze the causes of the destructive and negative cultural conflict between teachers and students from three aspects: external factors,internal factors and the roots.Teachers' culture and students' culture are not lonely isolated from multicultural perspective,social culture,school culture,family culture and Internet culture are the external factors of the cultural conflicts between teachers and students.The loss of teacher cultural authority,the student's personality development,the limit-ation of communication mechanism and the predicament of moral education are the internal factors of the cultural conflicts between teachers and students.The cultural roots of the cultural conflicts between teachers and students are the differences of the role culture,the stratum culture and the generation culture.On the basis of analyzing the causes of the cultural conflicts between teachers and students deeply,we can put forward the countermeasures to resolve the cultural conflict between teachers and students.For the constructive and positive cultural conflict between teachers and students,we need to keep and make use of them to make them an important opportunity to promote the harmony between teachers and students.For the destructive and negative cultural conflicts between teachers and students,we need to recognize the conflict,face the conflict actively and seek common ground while reserving differences by playing a part for society,Internet,school,family,teachers and students to resolve the cultural conflict between teachers and students.Firstly,the society,school,family and Internet need to join forces to protect the legitimate rights and interests of teachers and students,recognize the existence of cultural conflict between teachers and students and create a harmonious,safe,stable cultural atmosphere.Secondly,the core principles of solving the cultural conflicts between teachers and students from the multicultural perspective include the reconstruction of the teacher professional authority,the construction of cultural identity mechanism,the establishment of the teacher-student communication mechanism and the enhancement of the moral education so as to realize the teacher-student cultural seek common ground while reserving differences.Thirdly,the ultimate solutions of the cultural conflicts between teachers and students are cultural consciousness,cultural cooperation and cultural formation,so as to realize the cultural harmony between teacher culture and student culture.
