Education of migrant laborers' children has been difficulties of the school,parents and society. Academic adaption problem is one of these many problems,which is directly related to the future of each of the migrant workers' children. In this study, children of migrant workers of three schools in Nanchang as the survey object,combing literature search, questionnaire and interview for investigating their academic adaption, the results show:(1)Migrant children's academic adaption of Nanchang city is in the "medium" level as a whole, but specific performance is different. The "perseverance" subscale is the best and worst performance is on the "family environment" subscale;(2) Compared with the national norm level, children of migrant workers in the "perseverance" is excellent. And they show the average level as well as outstanding in the aspect of "lecture method", "learning technology", "school environment", "physical and psychological health" and "learning enthusiasm",etc. But "independence" and "study plan" showed middle-level and even poor;(3)Migrant children's academic adaption were positively correlated between the overall score and each scale scores;Students' ‘gender', ‘whether the one-child', ‘learning time', ‘sleeping time',‘whether or not to live with their parents,' ‘whether have their own separate room,'‘How often parents buy counseling book for them' ‘Whether feeling happy in school'and other factors significantly affect the level of their academic adaption;The study provide advice from students, parents and schools to help the migrant workers children who have academic adaptation problems to solve learning problems and promote their physical & mental health and all-round development.
