Study On College Student Entrepreneurs'Early Career Development

In recent years, college students'venture in society, drawing attention of all part of society, is undeniable. Entrepreneurship research on college students mainly in the business of training students'awareness, entrepreneurial environment of college students, college students and the promotion of entrepreneurship education policies and regulations related to business students, while these studies tend to belong to the macro strategy. A study on career development of college student entrepreneurs is still in the early stage in domestic area, whereas research on the field of professional career has been carried out for a long period of time in abroad and in Hong Kong and Taiwan. These studies primarily through quantitative research, analyze and verify a large number of development and career choice of necessity. Even so, only a small interview study, researchers attempt to compensate for the rigidity and lack of quantitative research.This study aims to reveal the experience of early career developments of three college students who are 1-5 years business entrepreneurs in the city of Chengdu, in order to attempt to reduce the existence of the "year of pain" and the "three-year itch" situation in early career stage, and to investigate the early days students common characteristics of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial career path, career, business and our approach to critical incident confirms the theory of career development.In this paper, the narrative qualitative research study to interview-based, supplemented by observation to collect data, and narrative analysis of case study approach to narrative analysis of participants in the entrepreneurial story.The results show that: On the one hand, recommendations for college entrepreneurs. It is discourage undergraduates from starting their own business, but to find own position in society and plan own life.Holding high enthusiasm to what they have chosen. Been learnt on the road of business, seeking a mentor. On the other hand, suggestion for future researches. Case studies may be one of the importance of methods to solve problems of entrepreneur career development process. Expand more related researches on career issue for entrepreneurs in China's domestic.The comparative studies on entrepreneurs in different sectors in the process of career development.
