| In the past ten years,early education institutions for children’s reading in private communities have shown explosive growth all over the country.The existing survey shows that the person in charge of the early education agency of children’s reading in private communities faces problems such as unclear positioning and unprofessional teachers in the development process of the agency,and the person in charge of the early education agency of the community is very confused about the development of the agency.Based on this question,this study chooses Teacher T,the principal of an early education agency for community reading,who has founded and run it for eight years,as the object of study.It adopts the method of narrative research,hoping to find out the factors affecting the development of early education agencies for community reading in real education practice.From the perspective of human ecology,this study analyzes the current difficulties faced in the development of community early education institutions for reading,and shares the story of Teacher T from an ordinary early education institution teacher to the founder,promoter and manager of early education institutions for reading.Study T the teacher founded and development of community reading experience of early education institutions are divided into two stage started reading early education institutions and the development of community,describe the story of T the teacher founded institutions in time order,according to Mr Brown again brenner ecosystem model from outside to inside of the different levels of system analysis,looking for factors affecting T teacher development mechanism.At the large system level,with the development of economy,more and more young parents have a demand for quality children’s reading education.The promulgation of China’s first national reading plan for the whole people and the state’s policy support to encourage nongovernmental capital to participate in cultural and educational undertakings are the basis for the survival and development of early education institutions in community reading.In the process of professional development of community reading early education institutions,many factors in the time system are changing.Among the small systems,the most significant ones are: Teacher T’s educational belief enables the institution to maintain its educational attributes while pursuing development;Teacher T actively pursues professional development in the work practice of early education reading institutions,and constantly improves her professional quality and management ability,which enables her to grow from an early education teacher who loves education to a manager of early education reading institutions.By studying teacher T’s experience in establishing community early reading education institutions,the researchers draw the following conclusions: The large system level of the ecological environment in which Teacher T established early reading education institutions is the basis for the survival and development of community early reading education institutions;In the ecosystem of development institutions,the motivation and ability of Teacher T to participate in environmental activities,adapt to or change the ecological environment is the key to the development of institutions.The researcher hopes that this study can provide an opportunity for the research object to reflect,which can inspire the workers in community early education institutions who have similar situation with the research object,and try to provide a beneficial supplement to the research on the existing private community early education institutions. |
