The early stage of college students' career is of great significance to the whole career of college students,and the significant characteristic of college students' employment at this stage is the instability of employment.On the one hand,in developed countries,scholars have already shifted the focus of research on the employment problem of college students from the employment rate to the employment stability.On the other hand,the problem of initial employment instability in our domestic college students has been very serious,and there is an increasing trend Need to be resolved.Therefore,on this basis,this article entitled "early graduation graduate employment stability" is completed as master's thesis.The first chapter is the introduction part,first introduces the background and significance of the research,and then uses the literature analysis method to analyze the employment stability,the employment stability influence factors,the employment stability Evaluation methods related to the literature were sorted out through the books,the newspaper information and the electronic literature retrieval system,on domestic and abroad.Finally,the research questions are put forward,the main contents and methods are clarified,the research technology route is laid and the innovation of the paper is put forward.The second chapter introduces the theoretical basis of employment stability research.This paper introduces the employment theory,human capital theory,labor market segmentation theory,expectation theory and stability theory related to employment stability.Defines the employment stability,the university graduates,the scope and concept o f the initial stage of graduation,on the basis of this and elaborated the employment stability of the research mechanism.Chapter third chapter analyzes the factors influencing the employment stability.Based on the literature induction and expert interview,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of the current quality of college students' employment,and selects the influencing factors through the questionnaire to determine the final influencing factors.The fourth chapter constructs the employment stability evaluation model.First,the use of SPSS system cluster analysis of 19 influencing factors into six categories,namely: the first type of work environment includes: social security,labor safety,corporate culture,democratic rights;the second type of work includes absolute wages and relative wages;The third category of professional development includes: learning opportunities,promotion opportunities,self-expression opportunities;the fourth category competency includes: learning ability,co mpression ability and innovation ability;fifth basic professional quality includes: interpersonal relationship,practical ability,team cooperation capacity,oral expression ability;the sixth category external environment includes: the distance between t he workplace and the parents,the labor market supply and demand situation,the economic environment.And then use the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the influence factors of the evaluation index system.Through the relative importance of each inde x,and the consistency test,the index weight is obtained,and the evaluation model is constructed,which makes the evaluation index system from the theoretical level to the practical operation level.The fifth chapter gives an empirical analysis of the Initial Employment Stability of College Graduates.A questionnaire was sent to college students who graduated within three years.The author points out the stability score of college students' employment at the beginning of graduation,analyzes the variance of employment stability at the beginning of graduation,and designs the path to improve the employment stability of college students.The sixth chapter Summarizes the full text,draw the conclusion,put forward the limitations of this study and the prospect of follow-up study.This paper takes the unique perspective,comprehensive economic,management,psychological and other knowledge interdisciplinary research,combined with qualitative and quantitative,normative and empirical,historical and research and other empirical methods,draw the following conclusions and innovations:1.Study and analyze the factors affecting employment stability.2.Analysis of employment stability in the core factors-working environment factors,including: social security,labor safety,corporate culture,democratic rights.3.With AHP,the employment stability evaluation model was established and evaluated synthetically.4.The difference of employment stability in the dimensions of education,marital status,graduation institution type,work area and so on is concluded,and the employment stability of college students at the beginning of graduation is at the middle level.
