Females have double identities in early career, on one hand, as newcomers entering the workplace, they have the professional competence to participate in the construction of society, and will become the backbone of society in the future. On the other hand, as women, their growth paths have special implication which shows both traditional Chinese features and deep imprint which belong this era. This interweaving of tradition and modernity make them charm exudes youthful vigor, so this group will have far-reaching significance if being the object of study.For author’s own need, this study focus on "how women adjust their life when they are in early career "? The author selects narrative research method, and get the text through semi-structured interviews and other first-hand information, at last, the text explanation framework including "entirety-format","entirety-content" explanation, and "category-content" of explanation.In this study, the author answers these questions as follow:1. What barriers did she meet during early career?2. How did she cope with theses barriers?3. What changes of solutions to cope with theses barriers?4.What factors impact the changes? And the author summarizes the career adaptation and coping strategies, then discusses relevant issues and reflection, the author puts forward some suggestions to promote the early career development of women, and the combined results of the research process and research reflection.
