| The nurses'professional development of kindergartens is a key element to improve the development of our kindergarten education. It's also significant for children's healthy growing up and the continuous development of our kindergartens. This thesis made a research on the contemporary and current situation of nurses'professional development in kindergartens by carrying out a research in the Experimental Kindergarten of PanZhihua. The results are that the working orientation is deviated; the levels of professional quality are variable and unsatisfactory; and there is no effective and efficient supporting system which can enhance the nurses'professional growth of kindergartens and so on. This thesis made analysis about the internal causes and external causes of affecting nurses'professional development and carried out exploration from perspectives such as enhancing democratic management; establishing local kindergarten based-development system and atmosphere; thus it can offer a foundation to strengthen nurses'professional growth; and from how to improve the incentive mechanism. Then it made conclusion about the methods of improving nurses'professional growth, which are to establish effective and efficient local kindergarten based-development system and to improve the nurses'professional growth of kindergartens so that we can enforce the nurses'profession quality and raise the level of children's healthy growing up.This thesis is consisted of introduction; the general description of the nurses'professional growth of kindergartens; the current and contemporary situation of the nurses'professional growth of kindergartens; and the methods of improving it. This thesis made a research to explore local kindergarten based-development system through analyzing the factors that influence the nurses'professional growth of kindergartens. Based on local kindergartens'foundation and situation and by adopting scientific, regular, systematic management and professional training methods, this research of thesis tries solving the difficulties and problems emerging in reality to satisfy the contemporary development. Aiming at the different levels of requirement of the nurses'professional growth of kindergartens, it carried out leveled-training programme by thoroughly making use of or learning from the experience of experienced nurses, teachers and organizers with special skills, doctors and professors. It aims to explore effective and efficient local kindergarten based-development methods and establish nurses-based; problems-based; and resources-based pluralistic training system so as to realize the targets of the nurses'professional growth and the kindergartens'development. |
