Investigation On The Current Status Of Professional Practice Of Kindergarten Teachers In Shanghai Under The Background Of Integration Of “education, Education And Medicine??

With the development of the integration of childcare and education,government’s requirements for kindergarten nurses are also constantly increasing.Kindergarten nurses not only need to engage in traditional work such as cleaning and sanitation,item management,but also need to be able to participate in early learning support,etc.,which are related to the work of the integration of "education,care and medicine".However,relevant studies show that there are many problems among kindergarten nurses,such as vague role positioning,low professional quality,one-sided professional practice content and single professional development path.This study investigated the current situation of professional practice of kindergarten nurses under the background of the integration of "education,care and medicine" through the analysis of the questionnaire survey results of 282 kindergarten nurses and the analysis of the interview results of 3 kindergarten principals,2 health care teachers and 8 kindergarten nurses in Shanghai.By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of kindergarten nurses’ professional practice,discussing the influencing factors behind them,this study puts forward suggestions to improve the professional practice of kindergarten nurses under the background of the integration of "education,care and medicine" from various aspects.This study finds that currently kindergarten nurses lack an in-depth understanding of the concept of the integration of "education,care and medicine",the overall participation of kindergarten nurses in professional practice is acceptable,while the participation in early learning support,safety and health management is a little low,kindergarten nurses are not adequately supported by training and development under the background of the integration of "education,care and medicine".Aiming at solving the problems existing in the professional practice of kindergarten nurses,this study puts forward the following suggestions for improving the current situation of the professional practice of kindergarten nurses from three aspects: kindergarten nurses should enhance their learning awareness and gain a deeper understanding of the concept of the integration of "education,care and medicine";kindergarten should establish a multi-faceted support system,which is beneficial to the development of kindergarten nurses under the background of the integration of "education,care and medicine";government should provide a diversified display and development platform for kindergarten nurses in order to promote the team construction of kindergarten nurses under the background of the integration of "education,care and medicine".
