The Research, Based On The "talent" In Heilongjiang Province, College Instructor Team Construction

The counselors are the backbone of the three teams of the ideological and political education in the universities, who are close to the actual life of students. Their behaviors influence the formation of students'ideas subtly. Furthermore, the diversification of character and the extensive of demand of students propose the higher challenge to the construction of the counselors contingent. In order to promote the level of the ideological and political education of students in our province, it is imperative to strengthen the construction of counselors of colleges in our province.The paper research the problem of the building of counselors in Heilongjiang province university based on the related theory of the talent development, from the perspective of the talent development. By the combination of telephone interviews and field research, as well as combing the relevant policy documents, the built environment of the counselors in Heilongjiang province university is studied, and the current situation of study of the counselors in Heilongjiang province university is analyzed profoundly. Then, the actual problems during the process of the building of counselors in Heilongjiang province university are found. The key crux is found in order to provide the strong theoretical guidance and practical reference for the building of counselors in our province university. Standing the height of talent construction, from the three perspectives of the education administrative departments, colleges and counselors, the strategy to respond to the problems of college counselors are proposed, in order to play the function together and solve the problems of he construction of counselors in our province university from multiple perspective.
