With76years of development, educational technology in china has already got abundant accomplishments. At present, although developed with high speed by taking the advantage of Informationization Construction, it is still faced with some fundamental problems, such as the definition of educational technology, its location, objects of study, logic starting point as well as the theoretical system. All these problems are significant, basic, unevadable, unsolved, but still scholars haven't reached consensus towards them jet.Nan Guonong, as a pioneer, founder and leader in E-education in China, pays much attention to those research questions listed above. He also pointed out in many of his articles that these problems are the important contents in fundamental research and which are also one of the important missions for E-education workers.At present, the great majority of scholars have done relatively isolated research, and they haven't got a common view jet. So in order to study deeply, we think it is better to link these problems together, among which we should pay more attention to the objects of study, logic starting point, together with the theoretical system. This thesis adopts the System Analysis Method to make a systematic research by studying these three elements together.Research is established based on the train of thought as followings, and gain the corresponding conclusions:1. The present research starts with the history of educational technology and its influence on teaching, which also combines with the study of research category and finally comes to a conclusion that the application of information technology in teaching is the object of the study in educational technology.2. Then the research proceeds to analyze the logic starting point and suggests that the logic starting point amounts to mastery of knowledge.3. On that basis, we generate the unique concept and property of educational technology from the logic starting point and the analysis shows that the fundamental theory of educational technology consists of two parts---basic theories and technological theories. Basic theories include informatization teaching theory, Teaching communication theory and information technology theory; while technological theories include instructional design theories, Information environment construction theory and Digital resources construction theory.4. Finally, we use Mr. Qian XueSen's "The three levels of a bridge" for reference to make a tentative approach to probe the theoretical framework of educational technology.
